Disney World Vacation Homes
One of the most
popular lodging choices for families visiting Disney
World is a vacation home with a private swimming
pool. These
Disney World vacations homes come in three,
four, and five bedroom models, and they all are
built less than 20 minutes to Disney World in great
sub-divisions. Most of these vacation homes were
built from 1999 to 2005 during the most recent real
estate boom in Orlando, so all these homes are
relatively brand new.
Here are the benefits of staying in a vacation home
near Disney World:
- Fully
Functional Kitchens- All of the vacation homes
near Disney World offer fully functional
kitchens which come complete with a microwave,
refrigerator, oven, stove, and all the dishes
you need to fix a family feast. Most guests
staying in the vacation homes find that they
save themselves a lot of money by simply eating
a few meals in the house.

Swimming Pools- Most of the vacation homes near
Disney World come with a private swimming pool.
Here you and your kids can swim and not have to
worry about other families bothering you. In
addition, since this is your own private pool
you can swim whenever you want, and you do not
have to worry about the pool being shut down at
a certain time.
- Extra Space-
Most of the hotels near Disney World offer a
little over 450 square feet of living space
while the vacation homes offer between 1300 and
2100 square feet of living space. This is a huge
benefit especially if you are traveling with a
large group or if you are staying for an
extended period of time.
It is important to
note that there are almost as many vacation homes
built around Disney World as there are hotel rooms.
So if you are interested in renting one for your
next vacation to Orlando, you should be able to find
a good deal. The average nightly rent for a three
bedroom vacation home is a little over $100 a night,
this is not bad especially when you consider the
prices of most three star hotels around Disney
World.
All of the vacation homes come fully furnished with
all the linens and towels your family will need. In
addition, all the homes also have a full size washer
and dryer should you need to do so laundry while you
are here.
